UPDATE:
We have been informed by Companies House that they have rectified the issue and they are currently working through the backlog of affected submissions.
They have advised that if the pending status has not changed by Thursday morning, to raise this with them.
They have confirmed that submissions will be processed as received on the date they were submitted.
They have also advised that if a filing deadline has been missed as a result of the issue, to follow the instructions in the non-compliance letter.

There is an issue at Companies House where their systems have not updated the status of some accounts submissions from 'pending'. Therefore, the status of affected submissions showing in VT Filer remains as 'pending'.
Companies House have confirmed that documents will be processed as received on the date they were submitted.
You can check if your accounts have been accepted if they appear on the filing history of the company's record on the Companies House register: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/. If the accounts appear there, then they have been accepted.
Companies House are urgently investigating and working to resolve this as quickly as possible. This page will be updated when we received an update.
It is advisable to take a screenshot of VT Filer showing the pending message for your records.
